This grammar isn't perfect. Although we tried our best to spot all types of mistakes, we might have missed some. Also, there might be concepts we missed, unclear or hard to understand explanations, bad English, and many other ways this grammar could be improved.

If you find a mistake, typo, or any other way to improve this grammar, please let us know!

But please make sure that your suggestion aligns (at least roughly) with our guiding principles below.

Explainer videos

If you recorded or find an awesome explainer video on a topic, please let us know. If it adds to our article, we might embed parts of it. Currently, we only support YouTube videos.

Guiding principles

This grammar tries to be as accurate as possible, while still being easy to read. It is mainly aimed at language learning beginners, but also tries to include more advanced concepts. We, therefore, developed some guiding principles that we try to follow:
  • Our grammar consists of articles. They should be written so they can be read stand-alone, without the need to read other articles.
  • Our articles should be attractive. So the sometimes cheesy title and image are intentional. We might even change the title and image to increase the article's attractiveness when shared on social media.
  • Our articles should be easy to read so that non-native-speakers and language learning beginners can understand them.
  • It is ok to be redundant. If something needs to be mentioned in many articles, then we do. But it is ok to give a brief explanation and link to another article that explains the concept in depth.
  • Academic discussions are welcome as long as they adhere to the principles above. They should use easily understood language, define any special terms used, and be put in separate articles for advanced readers.
